Description

The JT050TM014-V1.0 is a 5.0-inch TN TFT-LCD capacitive touch screen module featuring 800x480 resolution. It uses a G+G+LCD stack with Air bonding, protected by a soda-lime glass, chemically strengthened cover glass rated at ≥6H surface hardness. The projected-capacitive touch controller GT911 (COF) supports 5-point multi-touch and communicates over I2C. The LCD video interface is RGB. The module delivers typical brightness of 200/250 cd/m² (min/typ, without CTP), an operating/storage temperature range of -20 to 70 °C / -30 to 80 °C, and a Normally White panel. Backlight VF 16.8-21 V / IF 40 mA; product label and QR code.
