The JT040TM004-V1 is a 3.97" capacitive touch display module featuring 480×800 (RGB) resolution and a 1 data lane MIPI interface. Its structure is G+G+LCD with optical bonding, and the cover glass (CG) is soda-lime glass that is chemically strengthened. It has a surface hardness of ≥6H, an LCD interface of 1 data lane MIPI, and a CTP interface of I2C. The LCD IC is ST7701, and the CTP IC is ATMXT336UD with TX10×RX16. The operating temperature is -20°C to 70°C, the storage temperature is -30°C to 80°C, and the luminance of white (with CTP) is 600 cd/m² (Min) and 700 cd/m² (Typ). The general tolerance is ±0.2. Signal pins include LCM_ID, GND, GND, and LEDPWM.
