Description

The JT040TM005-V1 (Black) is a 3.95" capacitive touch display module featuring 480×480 (RGB) resolution and an SPI+RGB 24-bit interface. Its structure is G+G+LCD with OCA bonding, and the cover glass (CG) is aluminium-silica glass with a thickness of 1.1 mm. It uses a 3.95" IPS TFT-LCD that is transmissive and normally black with 480×(RGB)×480 resolution, and has a surface hardness of ≥6H. The LCD driver IC is ST7701S with an SPI+RGB 24-bit LCD interface, while the CTP IC is GT911 with TX14×RX14 and a 5-point I2C CTP interface at address 0xBA/0xBB or 0x28/0x29, with interrupt pull low. The operation voltage is DC 3.3V (VDD) and 3.3V (I/O). The operating temperature is -20 to 70°C, the storage temperature is -30 to 80°C, the luminance (with CTP) is 340 cd/m² (min) and 380 cd/m² (typ), and the LED lifetime is 50,000 hours.
