JuTouch factory has passed ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485 and QC080000 certifications. The ISO principle is carried out in daily activities. All material suppliers are also certified and quailed. The quality is strictly controlled in designing, material incoming, production process, equipment and management. Also all our materials and manufacturing tech and process has been verified by many production projects. The quality is believable because most of the problems or potential risks has been solved already. We are a company aim to make high quality products for industrial and medical markets, etc. We know quality is our life. We don’t fear the rejects on the production line, but badly fear the rejects at the final customer 

Normally 3 ‒ 4 weeks for customized samples. For standard existing product, we always keep stocks and could ship out in 1 day. 

JuTouch will never go bankrupted. We have hundreds of customers from different industries and our business growth does not rely on any special big customer. And 90% JuTouch mass production project are from industrial and medical which has long lifespan. We even signed 10 years supplying contract with some customers. Furthermore, we have very healthy financial condition which can cover 10 year’s expense in the condition of no orders. 

Jutouch mainly use the industrial grade TFT panel glass which has long time supply warranty from top-tier panel glass manufacturer, like AUO, HannStar, Innolux, Tianma, BOE. Even someday in future there are some components have EOL problem, we also will prepare the 100% replacement solution.

Mostly we could guarantee our product have 5 years or even 10 years supply warranty. That is because all materials we choose are for industrial market. That is also depends on some key components supply condition, like TFT panel glass, Driver IC, etc. But JuTouch will always prepare second solution for avoid no product.
