Unlike consumer-grade displays that are typically rated for intermittent use, our products are built from industrial-grade components selected for their long operational lifetime and thermal stability. This begins with the TFT panel glass itself, which is sourced from top-tier manufacturers and rated for extended operating hours, and extends to every element of the module—including the backlight system, driver ICs, power management circuitry, and mechanical construction. Our backlight systems are engineered for reliability, using high-quality LED arrays with robust constant-current drivers, efficient heat dissipation, and carefully managed luminance to minimize LED degradation over time.
